Fozan Al Fozan

Chairman

With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur & investor in a diverse range of industries and geographies, Fozan serves as Chairman for Sadita, setting the strategic direction for the Group. He attained his BA degree from San Francisco State University.

Saud Al Fozan

Vice Chairman

An experienced Project Manager in the consumer goods sector, Saud serves as Vice Chairman. He received his BA (History) from Loyola Marymount University, California.

Dina Al Fozan

Business Development Manager

Receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from GUST, Kuwait, Dina worked as a Corporate Officer at National Bank of Kuwait for 3 years before joining Sadita as a Business Development Manager

Mohamad Omais

Chief Financial Officer

Mohamad joined Sadita in 2005 as CFO, with six years of audit experience with KPMG in Lebanon. He holds a Master’s Degree from Beirut Arab University

Ibrahim Al Khatib

Treasury Coordinator

Ibrahim worked at National Bank of Kuwait for 5 years as a relationship manager before joining Sadita in 2012 as Treasury Coordinator. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arab Open University, Kuwait

Fawad Dalwai

Corporate Development & Investment Manager

Having attained his MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, London, Fawad joined Sadita in 2016 as the Corporate Development & Investments Analyst. He has also cleared all 3 levels of the CFA program.

Tareq Al Fozan

USA Corporate Development

Having received a degree in Finance and a minor in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University LA, Tareq now leads SADITA's expansion into the United States market. He does so by scouting for potential business and investment opportunities.

Neel Shah

Head of Corporate Development & Investments – India

Neel joined Sadita in 2023 to lead the group’s investment efforts in India and Asia. He holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business.

Javier Seara

Corporate Development Analyst

Javier joined Sadita in 2021 out of their UK office, focusing on new investment opportunities for the Group abroad. He received his BSc in Finance from Cass Business School, London.
